| Pravilnik o stegovnoj i materijalnoj odgovornosti studenata i drugih polaznika Sveučilišta u Zagrebu Fakulteta organizacije i informatike | Ovaj pravilnik uređuje stegovnu i materijalnu odgovornost studenata i drugih polaznika Fakulteta organizacije i informatike Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Propisuje vrste stegovnih djela (lakša i teža), postupak utvrđivanja odgovornosti, postupanje Stegovnog suda, prava i obveze sudionika, stegovne mjere, žalbeni postupak, evidenciju o provedenim postupcima te načine naknade štete. Također određuje postupak za prijavu, provođenje i zaključivanje stegovnih postupaka, uvjete za brišu podataka o stegovnim mjerama te supsidijarnu primjenu Zakona o općem upravnom postupku. Pravilnik stupa na snagu 21. studenog 2024. godine i zamjenjuje prijašnji pravilnik iz 2020. godine. |

| Protokol za prevenciju i postupanje u slučajevima diskriminacije, uznemiravanja i nasilja | Ovaj dokument propisuje protokol Fakulteta organizacije i informatike Sveučilišta u Zagrebu za prevenciju i postupanje u slučajevima diskriminacije, uznemiravanja i nasilja. Utvrđuje definicije, obveze Fakulteta, prava i obveze zaposlenika i studenata, procedure imenovanja povjerenika, vođenja neformalnog i formalnog postupka, zaštitu prijavitelja i povjerljivih podataka te pravila o zastari pokretanja postupka. Cilj Protokola je osigurati učinkovitu prevenciju i zaštitu svih sudionika te jasno definirati institucionalne korake i odgovornosti u slučaju incidenata diskriminacije, uznemiravanja i nasilja na Fakultetu. |

| Regulations on the Quality Assurance System at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics of the University of Zagreb | These Regulations define the aim, scope, organizational structure, and operation of the quality assurance system at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI) of the University of Zagreb. They establish the roles and responsibilities of the Faculty Council, Quality Assurance Committee, and Quality Assurance Office. The document specifies stakeholder involvement (students, staff, external members), areas of quality assurance (study programs, teaching, student support, research, professional activities, mobility, resources, information systems, public communication, and governance). It outlines processes for planning, implementing, and reporting on quality activities, composition and operation of the Committee, and alignment with national and European quality standards.
