It defines minor and serious disciplinary offences, outlines disciplinary measures such as warnings, suspensions, and expulsion, and describes the procedures for disciplinary hearings and appeals. The regulations also address liability for damage caused by students/attendees, the administrative handling of such issues, and the maintenance of disciplinary records. Subsidiary application of the Law on General Administrative Procedure is prescribed for matters not addressed by these regulations. The document replaces the previous version from September 2020 and comes into effect upon publication in November 2024. |
